Confirmation of Appointments:

If you have provided us with your most current e-mail, you will receive a confirmation of your appointment at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled time via e-mail.  If this is your first visit with us, please feel free to call us if you have any unanswered questions.

Rescheduling and Canceling an Appointment:

We appreciate your respect of our valuable time which has been saved for you. We request more than 24 hour notification for rescheduling or canceling an appointment.  A fee of 75% of the cost of the session will be charged - unless we are able to fill it at the last minute. Notification very close to the 24 hour window should be made by phone or by going on-line to cancel in order to give someone else the opportunity to book the slot.

Waiting List:

For those who are looking for last minute openings and are unable to find something, please put your name on the waiting list so we may contact you to fill a last minute cancellation.  Many times things will open up when you make your request on the waiting list.

Tardiness:

We expect that you are on time or a little early in order to begin your appointment at the time scheduled. You are expected to pay for the full price of your session, if you are tardy. The time schedules of all of our clients are equally important and we do our best to keep on schedule, too.

Feedback:

We value your opinion and we want you to have a great experience, please feel free to provide feedback during your massage or posture session so we may make adjustments and will be able to meet your expectations.

We collect payment at the time of service (cash, credit card, check, flexible savings accounts and health savings accounts). Upon request, we can email an itemized treatment receipt to our clients. Those who are interested in reimbursement can use this receipt to independently submit it to their insurance companies.
